Questions, answered

What B2B technology companies ask before working with Month 18. Anything else, write to contact@month18.com.

What is the 18-Month Theory?

Four stages over eighteen months: Research, Foundation, Maturity and Materialization. Each ends in a payoff month, at months 5, 9, 14 and 18, and you can stop at any payoff with something that works.

Who is Month 18 for?

B2B technology companies: SaaS vendors, Microsoft partners and enterprises with software revenue, in Egypt, the Gulf and wider EMEA. The common thread is revenue that depends on renewals and expansion, not only on new logos.

How does an engagement start?

Two ways. Use the draft tool to build a first draft in a minute, or book a 30-minute discovery call. Most engagements begin with the Install Base Diagnostic, a short read of the customers you already have.

How is the work priced?

Defined builds, such as a customer success program or a go-to-market plan, are fixed-scope projects. The fractional seat is a light retainer plus a share of the outcomes it produces. The Diagnostic is scoped on a short call. Every price is agreed in writing before work starts.

Do you work on site?

Mostly remotely from Cairo, in Arabic or English, with on-site visits agreed in advance. Weekly working sessions and a monthly review with the leadership team are part of every engagement.

What do we keep when it ends?

Everything built for you: the catalogue, the playbooks, the plans and the dashboards. Month 18’s methods remain Month 18’s, but nothing you need to keep running leaves with us.

How soon do we see results?

The Diagnostic readout lands within weeks. The first payoff month is month 5, when the first renewals and new contracts from the work come through.

Do you sell software?

Month 18 is an advisory practice. Where a platform is part of the answer it says so openly, and tooling is never a condition of any engagement.

Can we start small?

Yes. The Diagnostic on its own, or the Lean scope in the draft tool, is a complete first step. Many clients grow into the rest from there.
